Sample Development



The owner of the above property has applied for a Development Permit (DP) to allow for a secondary suite in the basement. No specific suite information is available. The proposed suite must be solely contained in the basement. At a minimum, it must contain living and kitchen areas, at least 1 bedroom, and a bathroom. The suite amenity space is proposed in the back yard.  There is a requirement for a relation for suite parking.

All comments are due by April 29, 2020.
