This is an application for a Development Permit for the construction of a new 2-storey home and attached garage.  The proposed home has living areas of about 1297ft2 on the main floor, 1227ft2 on the second floor, and 1028 ft2 developed space in the basement.  Peak roof is about 34.25ft above the basement floor.   The 3-car front garage has a footprint of about 940 ft2 and is located along the north property line.
