This is an application for a development permit for an addition to the back of the existing home.  The proposed addition is approximately 640ft² and will be on the west side of the home.  It will have a 1-bedroom secondary suite on the main floor with a single garage in the basement.  The suite amenity space is provided by a porch at the back of the addition.  Suite parking is proposed on the front driveway.
